Birthdays don't change anything (except for some legal statuses). But you are the same person you were a week or two ago. Maturity is a gradual development.

OMG the video did not load the first time I went on this page! Dude the Big C is amazing and that scene just made em cry so much, I cannot even watch it again! I really hope this does not mean you have cancer or...oh...I just figured out why ou posted this video with that message, I know it sucks only having one parent must be horrible at times, but remember that he loved you for as long as he could before he was taken, no matter how unexpected and premature that was. I hope you did have a fun day though, Nic, and that you live to help continue your father's legacy!
